Wow what a finish TT all done and dusted

A fabulous end to a fabulous season of TT riding , we've had plenty of moans about this course but we keep turning up to do it all again ,

Yesterday it was looking like we may get rained off I know we would all be happy to drink beer and eat burgers in the rain but maybe not so happy to cycle 10 miles up and down that road in it ,but it dried up nicely and was looking like a perfect still evening for the riders to go out with a bang , but as our luck would have it it got a bit “breezy" my gosh it was breezy both out and back , !!!

Undeterred we all gritted our teeth and went for it , and thankfully after (a long half hour 😉) we were done for another season

Back to the booking hall were Josh had yet again come up trump's with the burgers and the beers went down well too

The results of the handicap race are a blur to me but the prize winners are as follows

3rd place was Steve Quilter

2nd place was Shane Sorrell

And in First place was

Gareth Babs

Now I don't know what the prize was but I did hear Babs shouting the beers were on him so make sure you see him on Saturday 😉

Well done to everyone who turned up every fortnight to make these events what they are

I said it before and I'll say it again TT is for ALL you are competing against yourself so if you have been wanting to give it a go next year is your year , it's freindly it's fast it's hard work and you CAN do it , stick a number on and see what you can do!!

Now it's time to hit zwift and keep up the fast legs ........ I mean you not me 🤣
