Dunwich Dynamo 111 miles night ride from Hackney to Dunwich Suffolk coast, quite a few of the group doing this so good luck Jeff Luke, Tony, Paul Jeanette and everyone else, hope your all lit up like the illuminations!!

Cheryl Went who will be competing in the Eton Dorney British paratriathlon sprint distance racing 2 times World champ and olympian Claire Cashmore 💪
Shout out to David Smith who has been up and down the French mountains both on bike and on foot to cheer and partake of a bit of the tour, alpe du huez conquered among with many more lumpy bits
And a lovely trio of NEV ladies will be descending on Gosfield to do multi sport events too, we have Amanda and Ann Hooks doing the standard distance triathlon, and Shirley Campion will be smashing out a duathlon sprint distance, and I can't wait to give them the loudest cheer as on Marshall duties ☺️
