Another excellent weekend for our lovely ladies this weekend taking on the duathlons
We had Sue C coming in second ( in the world ) in the sprint duathlon and taking Ng home silver
And we had the lovely Emma T coming 7th out of 28 in her age category having a fabulous bike leg and taking the day as it came , absolutely brilliant results girls
We also have John C getting ready to do the cross duathlon on Wednesday were we are hoping he doesn't put his own spin on the event like he did last time after apparently crashing into a tree !!
Medals and podiums and ice cream , I'm almost jealous 🤣!!
