We are trialling a new membership portal – membermojo – that gives us the ability to issue digital membership cards that include a photograph.
All paid up members will receive an email that will provide a link to the NEV section of the membermojo website.
Enter your email address and you’ll receive another email that gives you access to the NEV section of the site.
To create your digital membership card, you just need to upload a photo. You can then either download the card as a PDF to store on your mobile device, print it out yourself, or simply access it via the membermojo website when you need to.
Please take a few moments to check your personal information, update anything that’s incorrect, and also provide any missing information. We don’t have phone numbers for a small number of members, and nearly a quarter of you don’t currently have any emergency contact details registered which means that we are unable to contact anyone if you have a mishap on a club ride or if we’re unable to make contact with you if you don’t show for an event that we’re expecting you at.
All of the committee members have managed to do the above steps, so it can’t be that difficult, but if you do have problems then the help pages are comprehensive and well written.
In due course we will be offering optional plastic membership cards (you’ll see that these are already showing in the store on the site but are marked as sold out). The cost will be £4 which covers the cost to the club of getting the card printed and posted to your home address.
If the trial is successful we will also be looking to use membermojo for membership applications and renewals, in place of the existing arrangement with British Cycling.
